The accommodations very better than represented. The location is perfect! The views were inspiring. If you are going to St. Andrews, stay at this property.

OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.

Perfect for anyone visiting St Andrews. We were are group of golfers and the views of the Old Course are stunning. Wonderful host and home. Will definitely return and stay again.

Absolutely beautiful house, a stones throw away from Swilken Bridge. A very short walk to the centre of St.Andrews. Highly recommend.

Swilken View is ideal for a group on a golf holiday in Fife. To wake up every morning looking out over The Old Course is incredible! There is no better location in St Andrews – walking distance to most everything. It appears the kitchen was recently remodelled with great appliances. While it could sleep 8, the four bedrooms allowed our foursome a private room. The laundry room came in handy for mid-week washing. This place was so great that i would plan our next trip around Swilken View availability.

The unit worked out perfectly for us. The unit had all the amenities we could have wanted. Kitchen was very well stocked and appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms the same. Large dining room and sitting room. Majestic view of the Old Course and St Andrews Links. We hope to be back.

Six of us were looking for a property which was golf-friendly and had good access to the courses at St Andrews. This property met all our needs, with a garage to store 6 trolleys and accommodation which was clean and very well equipped, it also had an amazing view over the 17th of the Old Course and easy access to all amenities, including the Jigger! I am looking to rent the same place next year, enough said.

We have visited St Andrews every year for 26 years & 1 Links Crescent is the best accommodation that we have used, in a great location and with perfect views. I could have lived in this house permanently.

Perfect location and very high standard property. This is the 4th year we have used this property and we will be going back. Everything is just perfect.

Our family stayed a week at 1 Links Crescent and we could not have had a better experience. Traveling with young children (ages 6 and 4) can be a stressful experience, but Kerr and Suzanne removed any worries for us. After a long day of travel, they were very accommodating during the check-in process. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed as a family for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to return here as a family and hope to do so in the future. If looking for a place to stay in St. Andrews (whether a family or a golfers’ trip), I would look no further than 1 Links Crescent.
