1 Links Crescent is a luxurious house which has been through extensive renovation and decorated to the highest standards.

Sleeping six, 1 Links Crescent forms part of an exclusive courtyard development overlooking the world-famous Old Course and the iconic Swilken Bridge.

Accommodation

The spacious lounge / dining room, with views overlooking the Old Course, lends itself to entertaining. For your comfort, gas central heating is provided, and double glazing keeps the house at a consistent temperature, whatever the weather.

Private parking for one car is provided (further free parking 50m away), so you can leave your vehicle and stroll around the many attractions of St Andrews. It is an ideal base for golfers and others who wish to explore this exciting and beautiful part of Scotland.

The accommodation comprises an entrance vestibule leading to the utility/laundry room. This leads into the main hallway. Off the hallway, there are two beautifully furnished twin-bedded rooms, each with a luxurious en-suite shower room.

The spacious hallway leads to the stairway to the upstairs living area, which comprises the newly decorated lounge/dining room, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a twin bedroom and bathroom. The balcony from the living area overlooks the 17th green of the Old Course and allows superb views out to the sea.

Bedroom 1

This beautifully furnished twin room has been prepared to the highest quality standards.

With views overlooking the Old Course, its comfortable twin beds are furnished with pure cotton bed linen and luxurious towels and toiletries provided for the comfort of our guests.

There is a fitted double wardrobe and a chest of drawers, providing ample storage, a chair, bedside table, digital clock radio, tv, hairdryer, bedside reading lamps and plenty of electrical sockets.

Bedroom 2 + En-SUITE

The beds are furnished with pure cotton bed linen, and luxurious towels and toiletries are provided for the comfort of our guests. There is a large double wardrobe as well as a digital clock radio, TV, bedside reading lamps and plenty of electrical sockets.

The en-suite has a large walk-in shower, vanity mirror, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and shaver point.

Bedroom 3 + En-SUITE

The final bedroom is also spacious and has twin beds that are furnished with pure cotton bed linen and luxurious towels and toiletries provided for the comfort of our guests.

There is a large wardrobe and double chest of drawers as well as a digital clock radio, TV, bedside reading lamps and plenty of electrical sockets.

Bathrooms

Spacious and bright, the bathroom has a full-sized bath with an overhead shower, WC, hand basin and shaver point, as well as a heated towel rail – perfect to soak away any aches after a round or two of golf.

Immediately off the lobby, there is also a spacious utility/laundry room which provides a hand basin as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board and plenty of storage for your golf clubs and other equipment.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen allows you to enjoy the company of your fellow guests whilst preparing a meal.

Fully fitted, this modern kitchen has an American-style fridge freezer with integrated ice machine, electric hob, extractor, double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine, and USB electrical sockets to charge your electronic devices.

All kitchen implements and equipment are provided, so should you wish to make smoothies or do baking, then everything is there and ready for you.

Living Area

The tastefully decorated lounge offers panoramic views of the Old Course and patio doors to the viewing veranda.

This room has very comfortable seating arrangements a large widescreen TV with full sky package. It opens through to the dining area, which comfortably seats eight people, and there is a comfortable reading area alongside it.

The open-plan kitchen is fully furnished and includes everything you could wish to use should you choose to cook or entertain. The living area is light and airy and is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf or a day out in the local area.
