3 Links Crescent is a luxurious house which has been through extensive renovation and decorated to the highest standards.
Sleeping eight, 3 Links Crescent forms part of an exclusive courtyard development overlooking the world-famous Old Course and the iconic Swilken Bridge.
The spacious lounge/dining room, with views overlooking the Old Course, lends itself to entertaining. For your comfort gas central heating is provided and double glazing keeps the house at a consistent temperature whatever the weather. Private parking for one car is provided (there is further FREE parking across the road 50 metres away) so you can leave your vehicles and stroll around the many attractions of St Andrews. It is an ideal base for golfers and others who wish to explore this very interesting and beautiful part of Scotland.
The accommodation comprises an entrance vestibule leading through to the utility/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This leads into the main hallway, off the hallway, there are three well-appointed twin-bedded rooms, one with an ensuite shower room and the other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is an attractive mural of Scotland’s most famous poet Robert Burns painted onto the wall halfway up the stairs leading to the upstairs lounge/dining room, kitchen and en-suite bedroom.
Swilken View has 4 twin bedded rooms, all individually styled but all sharing the highest quality standards. The highest quality pure cotton bed linen and luxurious towels are provided for the comfort of our guests. There is ample storage space throughout all of the bedrooms for your clothing and accessories.

Living Area
The superb lounge on the first floor gives outstanding panoramic views of the St Andrews Old Course. Patio doors lead you out onto the viewing veranda to take in the breathtaking scene. This room has very comfortable seating, a reproduction oak centre table, Sky television.
The spacious dining area off the lounge has two windows to the north overlooking the Old Course. The dining table with ten chairs, a dresser and a serving table are made from reproduction oak. The room is accessed from the top landing and has a connecting door to the kitchen.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen and utility room are fully equipped to make your stay at 3 Links Crescent as enjoyable as possible. We realise that you may well want to produce some fine meals and with a great selection of kitchen appliances, crockery and cutlery supplied, it only leaves your imagination and culinary skills to have evenings to remember.
